Welcome to AL HIDAYA. We provide both digital products (Ebooks) and physical products (Books). Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks)

  • Delivery Mode: Ebooks are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is required.

  • Delivery Time: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via your registered email or on the order confirmation page immediately.

  • Shipping Charges: There are no shipping or handling fees for digital products.

2. Physical Products (Books)

We offer shipping for our physical books across India (Pan India).

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, it typically takes up to 7 days for the book to be delivered to your address.

  • Shipping Charges: We provide Free Shipping on all physical books. There are no additional delivery costs.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only deliver within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Potential Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, there may be rare instances where delivery takes an additional 1-2 days due to:

  • National or Regional Festivals.

  • Natural calamities or extreme weather conditions.

  • Unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via SMS or Email. You can use this information to track your package in real-time.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct Pincode and a valid mobile number. AL HIDAYA will not be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If you receive a book that has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
